While four Chinese films invade the 55th San Francisco International Film Festival in the coming month, Ben Affleck will be busy taking on the role of a cheating politician in upcoming film "Nathan Decker."

For all you horror lovers, a sequel for "The Woman in Black" is now in development! For all you Daniel Radcliffe haters, you will be happy to know that he won't be in the sequel.

Other than that, we're sure you're as surprised as we are at how Ashton Kutcher has been cast as Steve Jobs. We're wrecking our brains for the more serious roles Ashton has taken on - images of Ashton standing by a sidewalk going, "Dude, where's my car?" are all that come flooding back. We're honestly a little hesitant on what the outcome will be but are keeping our fingers crossed!

Sequel for "The Woman in Black"

The horror film "The Woman in Black" may not have done well but a sequel based on Susan Hill's "The Woman in Black: Angels of Death" is now in development. Who cares if it did badly domestically? It raked in $58 million everywhere else and holds the UK title for highest-grossing British horror film in the past 20 years.

Sorry to disappoint but Daniel Radcliffe will not be in the sequel as it is set 40 years after the events of the first film; the plot centres on a new couple that has discovered the Eel Marsh House.

Ashton Kutcher to play Steve Jobs in biopic

Ashton Kutcher has been cast a young Steve Jobs in an independent biopic titled "Jobs." If you don't know who Steve Jobs is, we must assume you do not own an iPod or any Apple products. If you do own any of the above but are not familiar with the late Steve Jobs is, we suggest you look that up right now!

Back to this biopic, Joshua Michael Stern is set to direct it with a screenplay written by Matt Whiteley. Shooting is scheduled for May during Kutcher's hiatus from "Two and a Half Men." Will he be able to pull it off portraying one of the most creative entrepreneurs of our time?

Gerard Butler takes on "Motor City"

"Motor City" tells of a small town crook sent to jail wrongfully and comes out to punish those who are responsible. Not a film that will tickle your taste buds? What if we told you that the protagonist will only have one line of dialogue in the whole film?

The question now is - who is to deliver that one line? Dominic Cooper was attached but eventually dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. Jake Gyllenhaal, too, dropped out while Jeremy Renner turned the offer down. That leaves us with "300" star Gerard Butler!

Jean Dujardin of "The Artist" did win the Academy Award for Best Actor in silent film "The Artist." We're counting on Butler to do as good a job if not better.

Ben Affleck takes on cheating politician

Ben Affleck works behind the screens as much as he does in front. We last saw him direct and star in crime film "The Town" and will see him in upcoming political drama film "Argo."

He is now going to take on the role of a cheating politician with an illicit secret in and as "Nathan Decker." The political comedy is written "Crazy, Stupid, Love" writer Dan Fogelman. Affleck may not be directing this one but we're looking forward to seeing him in a lead comedic performance after his previous streak of serious roles.
