Giuliana Rancic: "I didn't realise I was a strong person until I had breast cancer"

From being a news anchor to having her own reality TV show, it's been one heck of a journey for Giuliana Rancic. And any day now, she'll be adding 'mother' to her list of strengths.
The E! News Host has become a celebrity in her own right, and an inspirational one at that, after going through a miscarriage, failed IVF treatments plus breast cancer.
On the phone, Rancic comes across the same way she does on television - warm and genuine with the message that has won her the respect of women the world over.
"True strength happens when you have no other choice but ot be strong. We all have it in us," she told us when asked where she drew the courage to overcome the many battles in her life.
