How do you plan to continue with the weight-loss journey after your time at The Biggest Loser Asia?
My journey is still going on even though I am eliminated from the show. I now have the experience I can make use of to help me reach my weight-loss goal.
What went through your mind when you were told to go home?
I was really sad to leave the mansion because I had gone from the size I was to 18kg lighter. If I have the chance to be there longer, I know I would lose more because my body is conditioned now. Well, at least I know the theories now so it´s time to do it by myself.
Who do you think will eventually be The Biggest Loser Asia for this second season?
I hope Nai wins The Biggest Loser Asia as he's been working out very hard in the show.... He's also my fellow countryman and is good at cooking, so I'm supporting him for the win.
Have you kept in touch with the other contestants?
I have not been in contact with anyone except the (production) crew because I am trying to keep things on the low.
What have you been up to since The Biggest Loser Asia? How has your life changed?
My life has truly changed after joining the programme. I now consider, in minute detail, what I consume. I used to disregard my health but now I work out to be healthy so that I can be a good example to my family and friends. Having been there and done that, I am glad to share my experience to anyone in need.
