Battleship
Continuing the Transformers formula of turning a popular Hasbro toy range into films is Battleship, which sees some battleships take on... some other battleships. Probably. It's based on a boardgame and it stars Rihanna as a US Navy weapons specialist, so it's probably not aimed at the art film circuit.

Director: Peter Berg
Cast: Alexander Skarsgård, Taylor Kitsch, Brooklyn Decker, Rihanna, Liam Neeson
