Wrapping up 2011: Weddings of the year

Coco Lee wedded billionaire in extravagant US$20 million wedding in October. The two day wedding celebration started with a Jewish ceremony, followed by a banquet at which Lee performed a song she wrote for her billionaire husband - "I Just Wanna Marry U."

Lee's gown is embellished with an estimated $130,000 (USD) worth of pearls and jewellery and their wedding rings said to be worth almost $3 million (USD). The wedding bash stage also had a revolving sculpture of Lee and Rockowitz with the initials "CB" as a centre piece.

Bruno Mars, Black Eyed Peas, Marianne Bennett Band and Coco Lee herself performed for wedding guests that night; amongst the 400 guests who turned up are such as Elva Hsiao, Jaycee Chan, Bowie Tsang and designer Tommy Hilfiger.

The couple were rumoured to have spent $20 million (USD) on the wedding; half of it on flight tickets and hotel accommodation for friends and family from around the world. Unconfirmed reports say Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey and Oprah Winfrey flown in on private jets.
