Amy Winehouse and Mark Ronson's Valerie
Amy Winehouse's second album was released in the UK on 30 October 2006. The 11-track album was produced entirely by Salaam Remi and musician, Mark Ronson. Back to Black went to number on the UK Albums chart becoming the best-selling album in the UK of 2007 and selling 1.85 million copies over the year.
With the continuing success of Back to Black, Winehouse collaborated with other artists on hit singles. This included a hit-song Valerie with her co-producer Ronson on his solo album Version. The song was nominated for a 2008 Brit Award for Best British Single.
