And also on the Marvel front, while they have confirmed that Avengers 2 will definitely happen, it's not confirmed whether writer-director Joss Whedon will be returning. Given that his witty and precision-tuned script, understanding of the character dynamics and rapport with the actors was a huge part of the film's success, Marvel would be crazy to let him go - but Whedon's public statements have suggested he's not entirely sure he wants a second shot at it, and he may prefer to use his new-found box office hero status to focus on more personal projects. But if Marvel have managed to tempt him back, Comic-Con (where Buffy creator Whedon has borderline god status) would be the perfect place to announce it.
