The Beatles' waxworks!
The four members of The Beatles are arguably four of the most iconic musicians of our time. Lennon, McCartney, Harrison and Starr caused chaos in the 1960s with Beatlemania, and continue to be the biggest selling band in history, with estimated sales of over one billion units.
And now The Beatles have been immortalised in history, with their own waxworks in Madame Tussauds, New York.
But hold up! Woah woah woah!! What has Paul McCartney got on his feet? The vegetarian, animal loving star, who is famously bare-foot in the original iconic photo, appears to be wearing... leather Birkenstocks!?
Could this be the revival of all those conspiracy theories surrounding poor Macca? In the late 1960s, students in America made a huge fuss when the original Abbey Road sleeve was released, saying that McCartney was actually dead and had been replaced with a look-a-like in 1966. (some people will do anything to get into the papers!)
