In 2004, West didn't hold back with reporters as he stormed out from the American Music Awards show after losing the Best New Artist award to country singer Gretchen Wilson. He said, "I felt like I was definitely robbed, and I refused to give any politically correct bullsh -- a -- comment... I was the best new artist this year."
