Tom Cruise is without a doubt the highest-profile Scientologist in the world, and the movie star says he owes his career and his relatively happy family life (until his recent divorce from Katie Holmes) to the religion. Katie's shock decision to leave her husband - timed to coincide with daughter Suri staring school - stirred up renewed interest in Scientology as reports stated that the actress (who was raised a Catholic) refused to have the six-year-old educated at a Scientology school.
